Arbiter Completions
From an in-house build to its own company, deployed across North America
Arbiter started as a custom build inside Contendo, shaped by years in the field. The team around it saw the value, and it's now its own company, deployed across North America and expanding to two more continents in 2027. It's the same process we bring to your business.
On major industrial projects, completions and commissioning ran on spreadsheets, paper check sheets and disconnected tools. Our team spent years in the field on those projects, fine-tuning the workflows and finding where time was lost between construction, commissioning and handover.
What we builtArbiter: one live record that connects every check sheet, deficiency and document to the system it belongs to. Digital inspection and test plans, check sheets, deficiency tracking, real-time reporting and automated turnover packages, with every workflow shaped by how the work is actually done on site.
Where it runs todayArbiter now runs on projects across North America. Clients include IPC Canada, whose $850M USD Blackrod SAGD project in Alberta reached First Steam ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents with Arbiter's platform and on-site team, and Sancon. Two more continents follow in 2027.
